Introduction
Colorless and transparent liquid. It is a high-quality concrete compacting and curing agent product. Its important components are inorganic silicate, penetration enhancer, and a small amount of additives.
Mechanism of action
The calcium silicate compound C-S-H is the material that plays a major role in the strength of concrete. After the initial setting of concrete, a slow C-S-H hydration reaction has been carried out inside the concrete. This reaction cannot be carried out completely under natural conditions, and there is always a large amount of free calcium ions. Under the action of the permeability enhancer, the concrete sealing curing agent can penetrate deeply into the concrete, react with free calcium ions to form C-S-H calcium silicate compound, and produce a large amount of gel material. The deeper internal reaction of this type of concrete greatly improves the strength, hardness, compactness and wear resistance of the concrete.

Scope of application

It is suitable for ground reinforcement of automobiles, electronics, medicine, food, heavy machinery, logistics warehouses, exhibition venues, stadiums, shopping malls, airports and docks.
Construction method
Clean up the base surface: clean the floating dust and oil; the potholes need to be filled; according to the construction area, the amount of curing agent required for good proportioning;
Spray curing agent: spray evenly on the base surface to make the entire base surface evenly and fully penetrated; generally, it is necessary to spray and smooth the curing agent for 2-3 times;
After the infiltration reaction is complete, clean the base surface again; you can choose whether to polish or not according to your needs.
