Description du produit

Pure nickel is a silvery-white metal with many excellent properties. Its density is 8.9g/cm3, and it has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Widely used in electrical appliances, chemical machinery, grain processing equipment, rechargeable batteries, computers, mobile phones, power tools, cameras, etc.

Ni201 pure nickel is a pure nickel grade with extremely low carbon content. It has been used to serve high temperature environments up to 1230 °C. It has excellent corrosion resistance to caustic soda, chlorine, etc., especially for the material environment of diaphragm electrolysis caustic soda production equipment. Similar grades of Ni201 include Alloy 201, N02201, 2.4068 and Nickel 201. Ni201 nickel wire has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high heat resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing vacuum devices, electronic instrument components and filters for strong alkali chemical production. Ni201 pure nickel products are suitable for radio, electric light sources , machinery manufacturing, and chemical industry are important structural materials in vacuum electronic devices.

The nickel content of Ni200 pure nickel alloy is slightly lower than that of Ni201, in which the content of Ni and Co is greater than 99.5%, and the content of other impurities is not higher than 0.5%. Ni200 has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, especially its outstanding alkali corrosion resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance in alkaline and neutral solution media to carbonates, nitrates, sulfates, chlorides and acetates, and is stable in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. At the same time, it also has good processing performance and high electric vacuum performance. Therefore, Ni200 is widely used in chemical industry, chemical industry, machinery and electronic industry, and is mainly used to make various alkali-resistant equipment.

Nickel wire, strip, rod, plate are most commonly used in instrumentation, mechanical engineering, radio engineering, electronics, batteries and household appliances. The main advantages of rolled nickel: • High corrosion resistance; • Resistant to work in harsh environments. • Working stability at high temperature; • High strength; • Durability;
Due to their stable operation at high temperatures, nickel wire and strip are indispensable in the manufacture of electronic devices, navigation equipment and high-precision electrical engineering.

Introduction to the use and application fields of nickel

Nickel application
Nickel has good plasticity, corrosion resistance and magnetic properties, so it is mainly used in the fields of steel, nickel-based alloys, electroplating and batteries, and is widely used in various military manufacturing industries such as aircraft and radar, civil machinery manufacturing and Electroplating industry, etc.

steel field
Nickel is widely used in steel fields such as stainless steel and alloy steel due to its good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and rust resistance.

Nickel base alloy field
Nickel-based alloys refer to a class of alloys that have comprehensive properties such as high strength and certain oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures of 650-1000 °C. According to the main performance, it can be subdivided into nickel-based heat-resistant alloys, nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys, nickel-based wear-resistant alloys, nickel-based precision alloys and nickel-based shape memory alloys.

Electroplating field
Nickel plating refers to covering steel and other metal substrates with a durable and corrosion-resistant coating, which is 20% to 25% more corrosion-resistant than galvanized coatings. Nickel-plated items are beautiful, clean, and not easy to rust. The processing volume of electroplating nickel ranks second only to electroplating zinc, and its consumption accounts for about 10% of the total nickel production. Nickel plating is divided into electroplating nickel plating and chemical nickel plating.

Battery field
Nickel plating is also applied to the battery field, mainly including nickel-hydrogen batteries, cadmium-nickel batteries and nickel-manganese batteries. The most rapid development in recent years is the increasingly practical application of MHx-Ni batteries. Its advantages are non-toxic, green and pollution-free, and its storage capacity is 30% more than that of nickel-cadmium batteries. It is lighter than nickel-cadmium batteries and has a longer service life. The disadvantages are The price is more expensive than nickel-cadmium batteries, and the performance is worse than lithium batteries.
